We are seeking part-time Clinical Therapists and Social Workers (LPC,
LCPC, LSW, LCSW all considered) to join our team. BYFS has provided counseling and
outreach programming to youth, adolescents, families and individuals of all ages (6 and up) to the Barrington Community and surrounding areas since 1972. Our team of therapists works closely with the students and families within District 220 and specializes in a broad range of issues to help our clients navigate all types of difficult life circumstances. BYFS provides a safe, inviting work environment with personal office spaces for all, a four day work week with no weekends, sick and personal time off.

Currently looking for 8-24 hours a week/in person.
Pay ranges from: $45.00-60.00/hour commensurate with experience.
Guaranteed Pay and Supervision based on mutually agreed upon hours.

Ideal Candidates will:
● Candidates must possess an independent license to practice in Illinois--Students
Graduating May, 2025 will be considered.
● Dependable/ Flexible / People Oriented
● Have experience working with youth, adolescents and families in individual and group
settings
● Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs in a high paced environment
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
● Solid relationship-building capabilities

● Work collaboratively with other staff members
● Share knowledge and resources with other clinicians, developing leadership skills and
finding creative solutions to meeting the needs of our community.
● Ability to work weekday afternoons & evenings

Agency Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00AM-8:00PM.
